* In cases where the solution requires expertise and technical knowledge, expert opinion can be
applied. Expert opinion will not be sought on issues that can be resolved with general knowledge or
experience.
* At least five years of experience in the field will be required for expert testimony. There will be no
five-year duty requirement for real estate appraisers and those who have completed one of the master's
or doctoral programs in this field.
* Persons who are accepted as experts will be given an expert authorization certificate valid for three
years.
* In the event that the report is not given by the expert without an excuse at the end of the original and
additional period, a new file cannot be submitted to him until the report is submitted; In case of non-
delivery within the deadline, the relevant expert will be deleted from the registry and list.
* The following points will be included in the expert assignment letter:
* The subject of examination with all its limits and openly,
* Questions that need to be answered by an expert witness
* Appraised fee for the expert witness
* Duration of submission of the report
* Warning that if an untrue opinion is given, it will be punished in accordance with Article 276 of the TCK.
